Who we are as a community is directly connected to who we say we are in the social arena, though too often the reality is that these are very different constructs. To authentically engage with any audience, it is imperative that we dive into uncharted waters by seeking out connections that wouldn’t occur organically. Unity is the ultimate goal in our digital communication efforts. Yet, how do we truly achieve it in light of today’s rapidly changing social media platforms?

We can decrease the gap between ideals and actions if we reach millennials and minorities not only where they are, but also where they are going through the creation of meaningful and engaging content.
